The Operations Intelligence System featuring One, an AI COO

Optimize operations. Increase margins. Reduce stress.

One is an executive-level AI COO built on 26 years of operating experience, for business owners who want the power of AI without the hassle.

The owner asks“A competitor just opened down the street. Should I cut prices?”

Typical AI

Here are some options to consider:

  • Match the competitor’s pricing
  • Launch a loyalty program
  • Increase your marketing spend
  • Differentiate on service
  • Monitor the situation closely

One

No. Hold your prices. 68% of your revenue is repeat customers, and they choose you on service, not price. A 10% cut would cost you about $8,300 a month. I’ll track new-customer count daily. If it drops more than 10% for two straight weeks, we act, and I’ll have the plan ready.

A day with One

Same business. Different day.

Three moments from an owner’s day with One. Pick an answer to see how One responds, then hit ↻ Replay to try a different one. This is what it feels like to have a COO who never misses a number.

7:30 AM

Start the day ahead of it.

You sit down and log in. A memory surfaces: mornings used to be the hardest part of the day. You’d map out a plan, the doors would open, something would break, and the list would wait while you put out fires.

Not anymore. One’s voice greets you and pulls you into the present. You enjoy your coffee while One delivers the morning brief: what got done yesterday, what’s mapped out for today.

The numbers that used to cause stress now read like money in the bank.

One
Morning brief
Good morning. Here’s where we stand.
Yesterday, labor ran 28% of sales, right on target. This month you’re tracking 6 points under this time last year. That’s about $5,000 kept.
Today: two invoices waiting for approval, the 2 PM coverage gap is already filled, and your supplier delivery lands at 10.
Let me ask you this. If I could fix one thing in the next 30 days, what would make the biggest impact on the business or on your life?
Then we start with your slowest day. Tuesdays are running 31% below your weekly average. I’ll build a campaign to close that gap, and you’ll have it by 11.
Then we fix the schedule first. Your staffing peaks an hour before customer demand does. I’ll have a shifted schedule ready for your review this afternoon.
Then we tighten receivables. Here’s who owes you and the order I’d collect in. The first reminders can go out today.
Then I take the morning off your plate. Starting tomorrow, the brief, the numbers, and the first decisions will be waiting when you sit down. You just approve.

11:00 AM

A marketing department, without the agency.

Tuesdays have been slow for months. You’ve meant to do something about it, but there’s never time, and agencies cost more than the slow day loses.

One already noticed. It builds the campaign in your brand’s voice: the email, the posts, the ad, the graphic. It’s ready before lunch.

You approve it in one tap and get back to running the business.

Tuesdays are running 31% below your weekly average. I can build a campaign to fill them, in your brand’s voice, ready to schedule.
Done. Here’s the campaign:

Subject: Your Tuesday just got better

Mon teaser, Tue morning, Tue afternoon last call
Local ad
Tuesdays only. Same quality, priority service.

The SBA benchmark for a business your size is 7–8% of revenue on marketing. At $1M a year, that’s about $5,800 a month. I just built this campaign in four minutes.
It’s queued to start Monday. Approve and I’ll schedule it.

Features depicted include current and planned abilities, which may be subject to change. SBA benchmark: 7–8% of gross revenue for businesses under $5M.

6:00 PM

Go home knowing the business is watched.

Suppliers raise prices quietly. A few cents here, a few dollars there, and by the time it shows up in the margin, months of profit are gone.

One reads every invoice. It caught the increase, repriced the affected items, and is waiting for your call, because you set the level of autonomy, and anything above it comes to you.

You stay in control without having to micromanage.

One
Quick win before you head out. Your supplier raised rates 6% in March.
I’ve repriced the affected items to hold your 52% margin, protecting about $2,000 a month. This is above the level of autonomy you set, so I need your approval.
Done. New prices go live tonight. See you at 7:30.
Done. Your top 5 sellers stay at current prices, and the rest go live tonight. That still protects about $1,400 a month. See you at 7:30.

Meet One

A COO that knows your business, not just business.

One was built from 26 years of turning around struggling businesses: the frameworks, the decision logic, and the instincts. Then it learns yours.

Talk. Don’t prompt.

Ask One the way you’d ask a trusted operator. Plain conversation, with no prompt writing and no technical setup.

Every number verified.

One checks every figure before it uses it. If a number is missing, One asks. It never guesses with your money.

Learns your brand DNA.

Your voice, your standards, your customers. Everything One produces sounds like you, not like a template.

You set the autonomy.

Decide how much One handles on its own. Anything above your comfort level comes to you for approval.

Built on results, not theory

The playbook behind One has already been tested where it counts.

Our founder took over a location that had sat flat at $600K for eight years. After assessing it in August 2019, he called a $1.3M year. He closed 2020 at $1,299,932, just $68 short, in the middle of COVID. That year it earned Center of the Year. The same frameworks now run inside One.
